I go here all the time these people are really friendly what you people need to understand who are complaining on here is the customer is not always right policies have the right to change they do not have to email you or call you policies can be posted on Doors and other parts of the store don't expect to get your money back because of covid-19 complaining about it ain't going to do anything for you covid-19 has saw that I really don't like it when customers complain because they are upset over something they think they should be able to control do you own the business no and I bet some of these customers are pretty shady customers those are the ones that complain the most the ones that do illegal stuff themselves

This location used to be great. I understand with covid 19 there are limitations one family member per visit and only 2 bottles per family. I respect that . My husband went in with 3 bottles 2 for us and one for our daughter (who does not live with us) and was told no only 2 bottles. So he filled only 2. When he was leaving a couple went inside with 3 bottles and filled all 3. My husband went back in and questioned why they were allowed 3 bottles. He was told that they were the small ones. I dont care that they were small a limit of 2 is a limit of 2!!!!! Not cool!!!!!
The staff is really friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. They don't usually give receipts but will provide one if you ask. They don't sell empty bottles however, it's 10 for a full 19L bottle.

They simply refuse to return the 10 water bottle deposit to me stating it is their new store policy as from January 2016 not accepting return bottles even though they are not damaged or anything. Why do they call that a deposit when they don't give it back? I tried to return one bottle out of the 4 in my possession today only to be told of their policy change. Their so-called \policy\ is a notice pinned over the cash counter. This store never gave customers advance notice or anything in writing regarding their \policy\. They never give customers a receipt. In fact this summer I went to get an extra bottle from them and they charged me the same 10 deposit. Why didn't they tell me that was not a deposit and that I was actually \buying\ an empty? I talked to the clerk to no avail; I even talked to the owner on the phone considering his policy illegal to no avail either. I was really upset and I demanded to have my account closed and my advance-pay money back. The clerk told me it is their policy not to return my money either. These people are not running a business; they are out there taking advantage of customers using loopholes.
