Brought in some boots for repair. They were done as expected and I loved the look and clean up.

Took my redwing boots in to get replaced because they had multiple faults. He tried to tell me redwing usually only will replaced them with in the first three months (not true ). Than he told me he would have them fixed in 5-7 days and I asked if they could be done in 5 as I had to go to work again. I was not contacted for 19 days until I went into the store to see if they were and ready. they still weren't done. He was rude and interruptive when I asked why they had not been completed and told me they would be done the fallowing morning as I was leaving for work. I get the boots the next morning and the repairs were awful and could tell they were done in a rush. I notified redwings customer service who ensured me that I eligible for an exchange and gave me a new pair of boots the fallowing week. I would give this place 0 stars of I could.

Terrible service! Dropped off my son's hockey glove on a Monday to be repaired. Asked if he could have it done by the following Saturday and he said he'd have it done by Wednesday at the latest. That was a month ago. Does not answer his phone. Store is usually closed. Had to buy new gloves. Still don't have the glove back. Stay far away from this one unless you want a headache.

Had him patch up a leather satchel for me. Great service, but not exceptional. Although he did take the time to refer me to the best leather shop in Saskatchewan.
