It is intuitive to use once you know your way around it, and I am always finding new features and useful elements to the program, plus there are regular changes and improvements. I administrate the integrated 'community website' which is a great resource for our property owners. It's good to know that help is not far away and that the support team will go above and beyond to solve any issues or answer any questions when you call. All in all, very happy!
