I had been into the store twice in one day trying to get all my new regimen together from my naturopathic doctor. Jill was helping me out, finding ingredients, measurements, comparing things, she even called me the next day to let me know she continued to investigate after work in the evening, what we had discussed, and she gave me more helpful information. I greatly appreciate Jill for her time, knowledge and customer service.

My mother has the beginnings of dementia so I decided to research what type of supplement would be helpful. I went to the store on Granada Blvd in Sherwood Park and they recommended the Brain Octane pictured below. My mother indicated she was running out so I picked her up to return to the store to buy more. She showed me the label was coming off and under it was picture #2 which was Bone Basics capsules though whatever was in the bottle was liquid. I showed this to the staff member to which she did not reply. I asked if this was not a concern as my mother had been taking something that we were not even sure what she was taken. She shrugged. I asked, who I though may have been the Manager that possibly they would discount my mom buying the new bottle. BTW looked and tasted different than what she was taken. I was told no as she had already used most of the bottle. But of what? Seriously, If you are going to tout that these supplements are actually somewhat medical would you not be concerned that you don't know what you sold someone? The issues here are the lack of concern that something could have been given to my aging mother that could have made her ill and they did not seem the least bit concerned. Secondly, the utter lack of concern that a sticker was put on a bottle that was labelled differently, which is a concern under the health act. The most concerning was their reaction. Would you not ask questions? See if the distributor had changed the label? At least show some concern that the patient was okay after taking an unknown substance that you sold her?????? I have recommended people to this store as I work in the health field. I will never send anyone or get any of my supplements there again. BUYERS BEWARE. I will also be placing a complaint about the mislabeling of this purchase.

Came in looking for some essential oils and they were friendly, answered my questions and let me test the different eucalyptus oils to see which one I preferred. They did not have one of the oils that I was looking for and they made a quick call and got it ordered in from a different location.
