I only had positive experiences here. Very polite folks. I had some worn out heels and they patched them so well. All 3 of these shoes had soft spongy comfort soles (that wear out prematurely) and I got them to put denser layer over it and voila!

The owners are very nice and helpful. They replaced the soles and heels of my Cole Hann boots and I’m very satisfied with the results. The heels are slip resistant and work well in slush. Will definitely come back.
New management! High quality repair, very friendly environment. They fixed my ski boot bag, and it was done so well that I couldn't recognize where it had been fixed. It's almost as if it's a brand new bag. Very skilled. They fix almost everthing from watches to umbrellas. I'm very satisfied with their service and I would highly recommend this place.
Great experience with changing my watch battery. They have set price for diff battery size and the owner will show you. Done in 5min and they were very friendly
I’m so glad that they were able to fix my ugg boots. My boots were discoloured so badly I was about to buy new one. They fixed it and it looks like new now. I’m giving them 5 star for their good work. I found out that they are actually the owner of store so they really try their best to make customer happy.
Went to get some keys cut for employees and couldn't recommend this place more. Super fast, good communication, excellent pricing and clean storefront/work. Back room looks like a solid shoe repair shop, and if you need laces, polish or work done on leather, this is the place to take your stuff.
