UPDATE: I'm so pleased! The repair done a week ago is working beautifully! I can put lots in my bag, and thanks to the screws, the bag is kept closed! I couldn't be happier!! I went to several places to get this piece of metal repaired on my hand bag, and this was the only place willing to creatively problem solve! He made the repairs look very discreet and the closure works beautifully! I'm so happy! He was quick, and charged a very reasonable price for his services! I highly recommend this place for purse and handbag repairs! THANK YOU for making my bag functional again!

Amazing professionalism, quick turnaround, and high quality service! So pleased with the work done here! The owner is great I highly recommend them for shoe repair. I took in 4 pairs of high-end pumps and he did a top-notch job putting new soles on the bottoms. Very fair prices too! He also fixed a hand bag of mine a little while ago and it's still holding up great. Support this spectacular small local business.. you will not be disappointed! :)
Found them online, and had them restore the wallet my grandma gave me before she passed. The job done is outstanding! I have never received such good service from a small shop like this. I would highly recommend them for their services.
I brought in a pair of handmade two-tone Italian wholecut dress shoes, which i thought I had ruined by accidentally polishing out the colour. I looked around and took my shoes to several cobblers, but no one was really able to provide me the trust and confidence that Carlos could. Carlos’ work on my shoes exceeded my expectations. He did a phenomenal job. The dye was blended flawlessly and I couldn’t even tell which shoe had work done. I am incredibly satisfied with Carlos’ meticulous work. Couldn’t recommend him enough.
This place is amazing. I have had a couple of pairs of boots re-soled and they have continued to serve me well. Carlos is very knowledgeable and really great at what he does. They also have a wide range of orthotic insoles for better arch support - a better selection than at some bigger stores out there. Definitely worth checking out and dropping off some old shoes or boots for a new lease on life!
the owner did absolutely unbelievable job at improvisation when he put on thumb grips to the back of my shoes. was so happy and charge cheap price done in one day right on time. Highly recommend!
Brought my very worn and torn cowboy boots to Carlos for repair. Great reviews on Google and to no surprise after getting a call one day later saying he was done. Carlos took the boots in and I was expecting at least a week for him to complete the repairs but he got it done in one day so I could use them as it was stampede week. I am amazed with the fast and quality workmanship. I will most definitely be bringing my shoes and boots back here for repairs in the future the pictures speak for themselves. Carlos had to rebuild the heels and repair and replace the torn leather in the soles before adding rubberized soles for extra protection and grip. Carlos then went above and beyond and polished and re tanned the outside, making my boots look brand new again. Great work Carlos
I took in 2 pairs of boots. The first pair needed a new heel, which was done perfectly as well as a nice shine and polish making them look brand new after a long winter. The second shoe was a knee high Sorel winter boot - I'd pushed my feet in too many times without a shoe horn, and the lining ripped. It was not an easy job to fix considering it is down inside the boot without any access points. Carlos explained to me that he'd need to release the tongue to access the shoe, and when I picked it up (only 2 days later!) it looked like it had never been taken apart! The lining was fixed perfectly and the boot was all back together like new. Thank you so much for saving me from having to buy a new pair! Also, for the quality of work, the price was very reasonable. I will be back again!
