Fantastic customer service. Andrew came out immediately on a weekend when our heater broke down in the middle of winter. Very professional and kind, and gave us lots of tips to ensure our system is maintained properly. Very much appreciated

Seem to have a peculiar problem and all possible causes were checked and double checked. Had to order the part, was told the probable cause of the failure and that was corrected. They'll be back to install. Perfectly happy and Very satisfied with the service. When my furnace needs service, I'll be calling this company again. For satisfying service and good results, the price was not bad either.

Really impressed with Service Plus. Price was very fair for the work they did and everything was done very professionally. He also took time to give me very good info about it all at the end. We will use them for a furnace replacement when our aging unit needs to be replaced in a few years. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best! Saved me a pile of money! The company that came before them told me I need a new furnace. These guys replaced the thermostat and did a maintenance. Total 85!!! Other place quoted 8562.45 Always get a second opinion! I recommend using these guys!

Recently we required an air conditioner installed. As it was in the middle of a heatwave, we were not sure what the response time would be like. I called ServicePlus on Wednesday July 8th and spoke to Andrew, who told me he would be at our house the next morning at 8:00 am. In the meantime I received a quote via email. Andrew arrived promptly at the noted date and was very proficient and discussed everything with both my wife and myself. A decision was made to have Andrew fit the unit we chose and we were very surprised to hear that it would be installed the following Tuesday. Again Andrew and two apprentices arrived at 8:00 am and proceeded to carry out there specific duties in a very professional manner.All was finished that day and after clean up Andrew then went over all the details about the equipment and explained the workings of the new thermostat. All in all a very enjoyable experience and a company I would recommend 100%.
