Love the drinks but the service is awful. So slow. Only one person working. We waited over 5 minutes as our drink sat there and the employee made sandwiches for another customer.

I love to support local and I'm so happy to have a local bubble tea shop in such a convenient central location! Great drinks. Good price. Good service. And they are the only place I've seen offer a sustainable option of bringing in your reusable cup for 10% discount.
Really nice environment in a convenient location. They have comfortable chairs and a table with a game of jenga you can play. Very calm environment if you need some quiet study time as the place is never really too noisy. Definitely lives up to the name of serene tea.
So much for bubble tea when we've been there the last 3 times they have no tapioca bubbles. BUT THEY SELL THEM AND THEYRE ON THE SHELF!!
