WE RECENTLY MOVED TO THE AREA AND DECIDED TO CHECK THEM OUT. I HAD THE EARL GRAY MILK TEA AND A PASSIONFRUIT SLUSH! BOTH DRINKS WERE MADE TO ORDER AND CUSTOMIZED TO OUR LIKING IN REGARDS TO THE SWEETNESS/ICE LEVELS. THEY WERE FAIRLY CLEAN AND HAD SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES IN PLACE. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE TOO!

As its name suggests, this bubble tea store is situated close to the waterfront, so it's convenient to grab for a walk along the harbour. The store location itself is not overly prominent, and the dark tinted windows means you can't see inside during daytime. There's a couple of tables inside, but this branch feels more like a takeaway venue or quick-drink, possibly due to the waterfront area location. Although not a tea, but still a Sharetea recommendation, I ordered the coffee creama with pearls (30% sugar, less ice), even though it wasn't displayed on the TV menus which makes me wonder if they're hiding any other menu items. At 30% sugar with pearls, the drink definitely didn't need more sweetness so I'm glad I didn't get it with regular sugar. Otherwise I was satisfied with the coffee creama combination, giving me my coffee hit for the day.

I'm a regular at Sharetea for their drinks, and service at other location are always so good. However, today I experienced something not quite pleasant. I bought my favourite green tea creama to go and ask for cream in a separate cup because I travel far and don't want the creme to melt in with the tea by the time I get home. I do that all the time and the staff are often very understanding and accommodating (and that's why I stick with Sharetea!). However, they refused to do it for me here today unless I pay an extra 50 cents. Fine, I'd rather have a good experience with my tea so yes, I paid extra to get my tea tasted right when I get home. My drink was packed up with another drink so I didn't pay attention, until I get home and realized I GOT CHARGED FOR A LARGE DRINK BUT GOT A SMALL CUP WITH A BIG SPACE ON TOP. I got fed up and called the store, the staff that picked up the phone sounded very indifferent and the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional. They first offered to get me A FREE UPSIZE/ TOPPING (which has the exact value of 50 cents that they mis-charged me) to compensate this incident. They only offer a free drink for my next visit after I expressed how mad I was and how that free upsize thing wasn't right at all, cuz it's basically the amount of money they took from me today. I'm not that kind of person who fights over 50 cents, but if the staff was little more professional, I wouldn't have to write this review. I hope sharetea is aware of how competitive the bubble tea market is right now, and if they don't treat their regulars right, don't ask why their business is not growing. There are a reason.

very good. Too bad we couldn't sit inside, but the lineups would be just as bad without covid

Service is VERY SLOW. It seems it's run by a family where husband is cashier and wife is the artiste. For 1 bubble tea, had to wait for over 8 mins. Taste is good.

Hey Ray

It was pretty meh. if you're getting the ice blended drink please get the less ice option. The regular ice option your drink will turn out like an ice block and be undrinkable. coco is better.
