The drink is good but the customer service at this particular location is worse. The person working at night on Tuesday was very rude. I feel they can do much better on customer service. I'm not happy at all.

Cute place with some seating (obvsly dine in not open during covid). Customer service is nice and they have a decent selection of teas. Coconut milk tea was really good ! I prefer it to some of their fruit drinks, although I’m usually a fruit tea person.
My favorite Real Fruit store in this area besides in Scarborough town centre. They make the drinks perfectly!! Tapiocas are fresh and soft just the way I like them. Service is also excellent!! It’s my go to place for bubble tea/smoothie. Love it!! Thanks Real Fruit staff at Chartwell for always making my drinks so enjoyable!!
first of all this bubble tea is amazing.i recommend eveyrone try the mango slush.its so refreshing the mango is freshly made and it is so good.
Well made mango diamond slush with tapioca. This is one of the cozy and clean branch in Toronto. Although I end up not using my reward points, I appreciate that the staff asked me if I want to use it, unlike most of the Real fruit bubble tea branches. Thank you.
