I recently upgraded to a new phone and plan and picked up my phone from this location. They helped me setup my new Pixel and sync all of my old apps and information in store, so that when I left, my phone was ready to use and just like I wanted. Thanks for the great service!

Fantastic business for phone and plan purchase. I was worried about getting a new flip phone (I'm 70...) and PCI made my experience effortless and comfortable. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly and they are experts at their jobs. Every detail was concise and clear. BEST PLACE EVER!

110% I would return if needed, and I strongly recommend this store and Dealer. Online service: Ammar responded to my chat questions very promptly. In store: great customer service. Ammar and staff were very receptive and helpful. Ammar knew exactly how to handle my request. He was respectful of my time; he didn’t hesitate to call and be on hold with two places simultaneously to see who could respond and provide service support sooner. While waiting, we had a pleasant conversation. (He was also multi-tasking to respond to other clients and calls at the same time!) The space was in order, well kept. They were respecting and implementing COVID-19 precautions: staff were wearing masks, the space had clear markings for social distancing, and they had hand sanitizer available. Added touch: they have added weekend hours of service to accommodate client needs at this time of year.
