This is the first time I used their international shipping services and they did not disappoint, after checking a few courier services, I went to them and they gave me the best price. They suggested a few tips to make it cheaper. I bought a box from them and they packed it free for me since I am in the same complex. My package reached safely in a timely manner. I even got an email from them letting me know this!
Great service and great customer service. I called to get a quote for same day service. When u showed up to drop off my package, I was greeted by Iqbal. He took the time to find a cheaper option for me, which I appreciate. As most places don't try to save you a dollar. Iqbal was very pleasant to deal with and guaranteed my delivery by end of day. He called to let me know once the package had been picked up, and also notified me once it was delivered I've used many services before and never had such a pleasant experience. I was even offered a drink as a thank you for my business. While this might seem like a small gesture to some, it was a big gesture in my opinion. As it was simply the thought that counts. If your looking for a courier service, with great customer service and reliability then you definitely want to use Ennovative courier and shipping. Thanks again for all your help!
I highly recommend this place. I wanted to fax a couple of documents, they were really friendly, efficient and the rates were clearly listed. The owners were very friendly & I got my documents faxed in no time.
