Dr Klinghoffer is very patient and knowledgeable. He takes his time with you and does not rush. You would feel that he is really earnest in trying to help you. He takes his time to hear you out and explain the action plan to you. The staff's are polite and compassionate. They are accommodating within reason. The staff's , like Dr Klinghoffer, are there to help out patients. I have seen rude and proud staff's and the staffs of Dr Klinghoffer are the total opposite. I am glad I found this Dr.

The doctor and his staff run a tight ship, they are on time, friendly and treated me with a great deal of respect. The office is spotless and before you leave the good doctor asks if you understand, if you are unsure he will take his time to answere any questions.
