I was very discouraged because I did a vasectomy in 2015 and had it reversed in 2018 and up until 1 month ago, everything we did was not working. We did not want to go any other way than natural because we already had 2 kids, but somewhere down the line, 2 1/2 years later, when we had finally started to quit and forget about the possibility of a 3rd child, it FINALLY caught!! If you have long-term UTI, do not go to this doctor. It was my first visit that by the way lasted 10 minutes paying 250 out of my pocket. As soon as I mentioned \fibromyalgia\ to this doctor, he stated his verdict - incurable interstitial cystitis and prescribed me... muscle relaxant. I had to insist on urine test referral since for him the test was useless. Moreover, the doctor did not bother to tell me that I had terrible yeast infection from penicillin that I had taken not long time ago for other reasons. Also, there was not a room to change, one of his staff member was \covering me\ with a towel, and in general the staff was not nice and welcoming, more like busy, overwhelmed and frustrated. In the end, this doctor was very much wrong with my diagnosis and had little or no interest to check upon other possibilities and treatment options for me.
Whether Dr. Marois likes it or not, part of a doctor's job is to reassure patients. This doctor doesn't care at all about how the patient feels and doesn't take the time to answer questions. He literally told my wife to stop talking and keep questions for later (which never occurred since I went straight into surgery a few minutes later). Completely unprofessional sociopath lacking the ability to stand in someone else’s shoes and understand how they feel.
Vasectomy reversal unsuccessful 5 years after a vasectomy, operation itself went well.
