Anything less than 5 stars to this amazing staff and the taste and flavour of their teas will be an understatement and unfair. The girl on the phone guided me to a different Chatime for full 5 minutes until i got their(new branch,not very visible and google maps got the contact no. Wrong) Unfortunately they had closed by the time i got there so went to Midland instead. I am a business owner and I hope to find staff like her. Its hard to find good food and harder to find good people for a business. Kudos to you.

Chatime is a great place to have a variety of teas. They have excellent flavours and they are all delicious. I have tried several and you won't be disappointed. I must state you should be prepared to wait in line for a long time, as they are always busy. Furthermore, they have enforced a six-person limit inside the store due to covid regulations. If you don't want to wait outdoors. I suggest ordering online and you will receive a notification when your order is ready. I gave four stars because the pearls in my order was a bit hard and I was a bit disappointed️ as it is one of my favourite aspects of the drink Overall, I love them and will be returning for more delicious teas.
One of our most visited Chai Time locations. Great spot to hang out with friends over the summer. This location is always fast, consistent, and friendly. We will back plenty more times to come! Thank you!!
I usually stay loyal to CoCo but Chatime stays open late. There was no one when i went. I love getting pearl milk tea at2am! Staff very nice and you have option to tip.
We love this location mainly because there's so much other restaurants to visit in the plaza. We typically grab supper then head to Chatime for a dessert drink. My go to is taro with grass jelly. The best thing about Chatime? Really taro.
