Great customer service. I spoke to a rep on Friday and set up an appointment Saturday morning, the equipment was delivered and set up Sunday afternoon. Transaction was smooth and effortless. Highly recommend. Thank you Araf you made a very emotional situation easy.

My parents and I were looking for an electric hospital bed for my grandmother and since this was not entirely planned for we needed something right away and within our budget. Araf at AHCP was able to help us with both plus more. The initial in-person appointment at his store was positive as he showed us our options in detail as well as provided realistic recommendations. We found the right bed and within 24 hours Araf himself showed up at our door to install the bed ON A SUNDAY. I should also mention delivery to Mississauga was FREE and installation was included in our bed package. He also gave us a presentation on how to use the bed to ensure it works for us without issue moving forward. He only took payment after the bed was installed and working to ensure we would be 100% satisfied with our decision to purchase the bed. Now, the bed is used but it is sanitized and so clean that it essentially looks brand new and came with a new mattress, waterproof cover and sheets for a steal of a price. We definitely recommend AHCP if you are looking for a hospital bed.
Please do not trust these people ! try to act and sound caring for seniors and people in needs but all about making Money - We purchased a bed was sold for 1000 but never get to be used ( not even one night). I asked for return and partial refund . They told me I can only get back 150 - This is ridiculous ! They call it policy ! where it was not shared before purchase ;
One of the worst companies I've dealt with. Ahmed Khan and Co. were very dishonouable and unreliable. They only call back when they sniff a sale. They never call back when back-up service is required and they never honour meetings or appointments. Avoid Mr. Khan and family at all costs.

I could not speak any higher of Araf and his company. We met on a Saturday, by Sunday afternoon my grandmothers bed was delivered built and we were given a full tutorial. He did not push us to buy anything we didn't need, was kind and hard working. And his prices are more than fair in an expensive business. I will always call him first for any medical supply .
