Excellent company, very professional and quick service. Called them when our furnaces went in our house during the coldest week of the year. They were there the next day to give a quote for us and talk about different options. Listened to what our plans were for the future of the house and helped us go from 2 furnaces to 1, also gave advice on how we could upgrade the duct work on our own knowing that we were on a budget. Instillation was quick, they cleaned up after themselves really well and even helped me figure out the thermostat and showed me everything I needed to know about our furnace. Later in the evening I was admiring the new furnace and noticed a big puddle under the hot water tank, called them and in less then an hour I had quotes on different options with them remembering all the things we had talked about in the original furnace quote. They were here in a few days and the install went as smooth as the first time. Their 24 hour service line, professionalism and ability to connect with their clients is why I will 100% recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

Fantastic experience. Woke up to a cold house 4 in the morning, had no idea what happened since furnace was working. After calling Furnaceguys I felt confident upon my furnace getting fixed. They were confident and had someone on their way pretty much immediately. This was also during the -50 weather so I could understand they must've still been busy. The person who came was very professional, told me everything that was going on at all times and made sure I saw and understood it. Long story short the intake for my furnace was frozen, one quick tap fixed it immediately and he went to make sure it was all still working downstairs. He taught us how to fix it in the future and before he left he gave a quick summary of everything that happened and ensured we understood what was said. Definitely will be using this company again in the future.

They use technology well to set up your appointment and then let you know when they are arriving. They did a great job installing the equipment and left the area clean and tidy. I have used them before and won’t hesitate to book them again

When I need they're help the office staff is polite, caring and quick to set up an appointment with a technician and the fact that I live in the country never seems to be an issue. I love that Furnace Guys is a family owned and operated business in Saskatoon and feel pround to support them. Dennis, his son Mitch and staff have always gone above and beyond for me with their advice and service regarding my furnace and air-conditioning equipment.

Nothing but good to say about this company. Had an after hours service call on a Sunday evening and everything from the call service representative to the repair was handled with professionalism and expertise. Brady was great and a wealth of information. 100 percent recommend.
