Folks there are friendly informative and great to deal with. Fireplace viewing perhaps a bit shy to get a good feel on options, but not completely lacking.

Once the call was made, we had Jeremy at the house to quote a new furnace. He was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions...having never purchased a furnace before, he was very understanding. Once we made the choice to go ahead, we had out new furnace installed within days. The installers were so polite and careful. They did an immaculate job with the install and the clean up.
