Great, quick service on a flat tire for my aunts bike. When we were 2 short one of the employees covered the rest. Epitome of quality service and putting the customer first and they remember your name. No better place in Sarnia for all your bicycle needs!

I've been going to this bike shop for almost a decade now, every time I go there the owner recognizes me even after all these years. Great and timely service!
Brought my bike in for a tune up and was told it would be 2 weeks. I was informed of the current situation and how they only have one mechanic at the moment. I was totally fine with that. Went in to check on things after waiting over 2 weeks. Not only had my bike still not been serviced, but it was hung up in storage. The tag with all my contact info and service information had been removed. So they didn't know what needed to be fixed and had no way to contact me. Had I not gone in, it would've continued sitting there without a call back. I am an understanding and incredibly patient person, but this is just plain irritating.
