The heater on our Maytag drier stopped working. We called Sarnia Appliance Service Centre. Ahmed came out to our house to check it out for us. The heater had been discontinued but Ahmed checked his extensive inventory and found the correct part and fixed our drier on the same day. It was our lucky day!! Excellent service and wonderful price!! Highly recommended !!

So nice to have our dryer back working. Was very easy to deal with, even played with out kittens a little bit ( they were super curious) was great at explaining the issues and what to look for going forward. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for repairs
Ahmad told me how to fix my washing machine over the phone. I know how to use a screwdriver and pliers and he saved me 120.00 because I live out of town. He doesn’t come out here to repair but still wanted to help. He is friendly, patient and helpful. I will recommend him to everyone. Thanks again. Cathy
We had purchased 5 major appliances from a store in the North end of Sarnia. After receiving my very expensive double oven gas stove which all legs were broken on delivery. My upper oven didn't heat up. Discussed it with store where we purchased it and they basically were indifferent to us. We believe the issue resulted from the delivery guys not handling the stove carefully, dropping handling roughly.... So we thought upper oven was a warming oven, not a cooking oven. 2.5 years later lower oven quits, we called Sarnia Appliance,WOW.....best decision ever Ahmed showed up at our door, took one look at our oven told us yes your oven is for baking just like lower oven. He diagnosed the problem ordered the parts came back fixed both ovens and now they work as they should have right from the beginning. This man is a genius, knows his stuff about appliances shows up when said. I really can't say enough about the service from beginning to end from Sarnia Appliance...if you are in the market for new appliances call him as he services all and knows the worst and the best to purchase. If we ever need anything fixed or new appliance I will not hesitate to contact him.
Ahmad provided excellent service, quickly diagnosing the problem with our stove, and fixing very cheaply. He was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about how to fix the issue without the default of it needs a whole new electronics board. Would highly recommend him to anyone having appliance issues.
