Great products, very knowledgeable staff I love the curbside pickup service; you can just call and come pick it up within a few mins, unlike other stores where you have to order online and can't pick it up for days

the lady working was very rude - I could hear her and another person (customer) talking negatively about me while I was getting my stuff. It was very passive aggressive and rude, gave me some anxiety. It was very surreal, hard to believe it was actually happening but you could tell they were talking loud enough so that I could hear. I will never go back here.

I went in just to look around and the one employee was very very rude. She was an older lady with dark brown hair and she was just unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Will not be returning to this location.
This is what you get when you buy clipper from #sallybeautysupply they send you used clippers.then when they send you used clippers they tell you to get ahold of the manufactor for the warranty. #andisclippers will be hearing from me. Not to mention that #sallybeauty wrote me on a saturday and then sent me the automatic message explaining there not open until monday. So your company messes up and blames #andis. So you dont check you merchandise before selling it. If all sales are final. After I spent almost 90 dollars. Smh #hair #clippers #beauty #supply

I never enjoy having to stop in the store, I've been going for a couple years love the prices and they have a pretty good variety of things which is great! As for the customer service it's usually little to no help at all even if you're the only customer. There's maybe 2 friendly staff members and everyone else makes me feel like a huge inconvenience for stopping in. Usually when I walk in my greeting is "just so you know we close in". Love the prices, but don't enjoy the environment!
