Very rude over the phone, i was trying to explain that i needed an autograph i had got stitched over onto the fabric so it would not rub off and the person on the phone gave me attitude. Terrible customer service.

I brought in 15 hats to get stamped and I was told that it would be done in two weeks and it is now been 3 weeks and they still have not sent me any approval for any logo. I had to call three times to get an answer and the one lady told me that it would be done the following week. I call today and she told me that they haven't even looked at it yet because there was an order of 50 that came through so that was pushed to priority and that mine hasn't even been looked at that I can come pick them up if I wanted to. Very unprofessional experience I would not recommend going here
