I had a challenging personalization request from a client. They were amazing to work with me trying multiple solutions and patient through the process of file format issues. Being clear and transparent about why one option may be better than another is essential to me as I work with other clients and they rose to the occasion. I'm thankful for small local businesses like these!

Went there today to get my daughters name on a jacket. The front of the store was dirty looking, empty boxes laying around. The walls were dirty. The display items looked cheap. I stood there and waited about 10 min and nobody from out back came to acknowledge I was there, they could have even just yelled out I'll be right there, but nothing, so I left and took my business elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend going there, if I could I would give zero stars!
