Trying to support local but honestly if your staff wants to bark at everyone for masks slipping down a bit or accidentally touching counter and one elderly lady put her purse on counter to get her card out for her head but off by staff.....just close your store! We are all doing the best we can and you guys are making us miss the excellent shopping experience at fabric stores in the states! Treat at least your elderly customers with respect!

Went shopping at fabricland in Sarnia and manager was rude about me not putting on my mask as she saw I had it in my hands and was going to put it on and I informed her she can not force me to wear a mask as I have very bad breathing issues and also informed to that it was against the law to force someone to wear a mask. The young man that was with me at the time stuck up for me on this matter and other customers thanked him for voicing this concern. I was told that if I wanted a pattern that I needed to go online to search for a pattern and as I am not trying to do so I can not find anywhere that I can look up for the pattern I want. I really need to find another fabric store and wish there was more fabric stores in Sarnia. I gave this store a 1 star and feel that is way to much of a rate.

The sale prices and selection are great. Everyday prices are a bit high but their aren't a lot of independent fabric stores around. The staff ate very helpful when they are bot running in circles. Make sure you check out their clearance tables. That's where the deals are.
