When are you guys open ? My shoes have been there for 2 months and would appreciate getting them back

Brought in a pair of medium brown leather boots for cleaning and maintenance as I had avoided it for years. They did a great job of cleaning and restoring the leather, however the mink oil has darkened the boots quite a bit and I was never informed of this prior to the service being performed. I'd still go here again as the price is reasonable, but would like if they would inform clients of the changes they will see to their belongings before starting any work.
Unbelievably friendly staff who do amazing work. I had a pair of dress shoes that have seen better days that would normally require me to send them back to the US to get fixed. In an hour I was out with shoes that look brand new. The sole and heals were fixed, shined to perfection. This is my new shoe repair store - no need to travel any more and I feel confident bringing my best shoes here. Great work and happy we have you here in Milton!
Incredible, fast and friendly service! And the quality of the workmanship was amazing!! Not only were my boots repaired, but they were buffed and polished so well, my friends asked if they were new. I used to travel all the way to Mississauga for shoe/boot repairs and after my experience at Sam's this past week, there's no way I could go back to the other shoe repair shop.
Very disappointed. Last fall I brought in a pair of leather dress sandals to Sam's Shoes for repair. The stitching was pulling apart at the top of the shoe. Was guaranteed it would be an easy fix...and it certainly was... istead of properly stitching the sandal they glued it back together!! Unfortunately, the poor workmanship was not noticed upon pick up, but instead, a few days later, as I tried the shoes on for a wedding. The glue did not hold and they fell apart. Would NEVER recommend this place.
This has to be the best shoe repair I have ever seen! The quality of work and friendliness is a breath of fresh air in a world that's so cynical. My boots and shoes looked brand new. Simply extraordinary!! Thank you Abel!
Sam's shoe repair is rarely open! Has it closed down? There are no signs indicating anything.
This store was recommended to me by my brother. Went there 2 days ago, fixed a pair of dress shoes/heels/soles. Amazing customer service, great work. Would highly recommend.
