The lady followed me around the store & treated me like a thief because im a teenager. Once she realized i was going to cash out her mood changed.
Customer service is lacking, specifically from one particular girl I dealt with today. Nail polish is buy 2 get one free. The sales associates made it a priority to let me know that but when i cashed out, the girl didn't ring one of the polishes up as free. Tried to charge me for it but I questioned if one was free. She didn't apologize for the mistake, fixed it and gave me my receipt. The transaction felt awkward and she wasn't very nice at all. I've been here before and the customer service was good. I had called earlier today before driving down and even the girl over the phone was very nice.
