Whenever I enter the store I always have the employees hovering over me, and constantly asking if I need help, making their presence known. Whenever I have to buy anything from here, the cashiers always have a long conversation with the customer ahead of me, keeping me waiting while they talk. Twice I had left my item on the counter and left, and heard them laughing at me as I left.
I love getting my hair products there. awesome discounts when you sign up for card
Good selection, very helpful employees, and the best place in town to get vivid colours of dye. Not affordable for everyone though but their stuff is worth the cost
Please stop hiring people that can't speak or understand english. The asian lady i asked a question acted like she knew it all, and she is really pushy. The other ladies are always really helpful, and being a single dad with 2 girls i need it.
Horrible customer service. Was waiting in line for 5 minutes when a worker asked me if I needed help with anything. I said I was waiting in line to return a blow dryer I had bought the other day. She says oh okay, well I havn't clocked in yet so I can't help you. I said okay... thinking in my head then why did you ask me? not 5 minutes later, she asked the lady standing next to me who was also waiting if she was next in line, she said yes for some reason, and then the lady said okay I will clock in for you. What kindof service is that? I am so confused on what I did to make this woman so mad as that was the first time I have ever met her. Ends up she is the manager..
Staff was beligerent and argumentative over a sign that said something was free if you bought 2 other products. Said it was over and sign was still there. Said she didnt have to honor it. Personally I wont go back to that store.
Bought hair dye lady gave me wrong color.
