I don't generally leave poor reviews because most times I don't care but I don't appreciate being followed and check up on as if I'm a thief. I spend a lot of money in Sally for me to be treated this way. Nobody else was treated like that when they entered the store and frankly it made me uncomfortable. I will not be coming back. Train your staff to treat everyone the same. Very disappointing to treat your customers like a suspect

I used to go here knowing I I would get my questions answered and severed with the right products! But I’ve had to make two stops in the week, and both times didn’t leave leave as satisfied, the second time I should have just put things back and left. I could tell the girl was new but the other associate that seemed to be teaching her left her hanging and I think I could’ve gotten better answers if she had stepped in, I know learning on your feet is good but I needed some better product advice. Today I felt rushed through to the counter, picked up some counter items marked down added to my bill, then I checked my bill and was charged full prices, I realize I could go back and get my money back but it wasn’t that much but still frustrating. The attitude I felt in her tone and body language, has left me to go else where.

Very bad experience with one of their staff who was threatening to throw me out of the shop because I came back to the store and stood my ground for an exchange knowing the policy is that one can return items for exchange or on a gift card within 60 days of purchase. She lied to me she is the acting manager thinking I do not know the manager. I wouldn't recommend this store o anyone with such a rude incompetent staff working to be paid for such attitude towards customers.

I love the products and the staff are usually really great. I've been going to Sally's for 3years now for my hair dye needs. Last few trips though I have left unsatisfied and annoyed by lack of care or help from one of the newer employees.

Went in to buy several items, while I was in mid conversation asking about a product that I wanted to try the sales lady turned and walked away from me to help someone else. Leaving me just standing there. I had good experiences with other staff in past there but this one was just rude. I put all the stuff back and went to a place with better costumer service.
