I just wanted to take a moment and say the ladies at this location are absolutely amazing! I have been DIYing my hair for years and they’ve always been a wealth of knowledge and explain things incredibly well They have rescued me more times than I can count and have always had incredible results after their advice 10/10 customer service every time I will be a forever customer

Poor customer service from a young girl working in the evening. It was not busy and she got her own dramatic rude attitude going just to ring me in for a hair gel.

Most times, I get helped by friendly staff. However today, all of the staff were rude to me for no reason. I had lost my receipt for hair dyes I bought in the store and I just wanted to ask if I can get it exchanged or get an instore credit instead but the lady helping me seems like she didn't even want to help me. She told me I could only do an exchange and I said that it was fine. Then, I asked if it was possible to get an instore credit instead and she called the manager, which I am not sure why she had to do that, and the manager came out and talked to me in a rude tone saying I can only do an exchange and I can't do instore credits. I had no problems with their policy and about me not getting the instore credit, my issue is the way they talked to me and how they were rude to me when I was only asking about their policy and not even argueing about it. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because I would not want to go back to that kind of service.

Older lady was kinda helpful, but very condescending. she made my sister and I Feel very uncomfortable. my sister was the one who needed the help, but she only seemed to want to talk or explain anything to me. Would not return.
