Had a very poor experience today, a staff member was quite rude to me. I was simply asking questions about products. I made my purchases and left with a pit in my throat. I am also an essential retail worker, and kindness is a must. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

When in the store yesterday to pick up some hair care products, liked the look of the face mask the woman waiting on me was wearing. Have purchased a number of what looks like a new long term fashion accessory. Purchased this product for 6 - 3 layers, adjustable side straps, special chin piece for a good fit as well as a soft wire across the upper side for snug positioning. It is well finished and very trim looking as well as functional and well priced!

Been waiting 3 weeks for builder gel to arrive in store. Every week I've went in the staff reply with "it should be here tuesday when our order comes", this is the 3rd Tuesday I've waited and when calling today, whomever I spoke with didn't really care for the customers. She was quick to tell me it would take at least 3 days for them to go through what arrived today and that she had no idea what was in the order, she then told me to order online but in the same sentence said "I dont know what is in the warehouse". At this point, I think I'll take my business elsewhere! What is telling customers it will be in the next order, only for them to turn around and say it will take days to unpack the order? Most of the girls are super nice here, but they have no knowledge on the products they sell, they will also follow you around the store, giving you the feeling that you are being watched! Overpriced and poor quality on most products, it used to be my favorite store, looks like amazon might be my new sallys!
