Terrible, uninterested and uninformed staff sold me incorrect products to get me out. I've been dying my own hair for twenty years. I went in for 4 oz. of a colour but they only had 2; so the staff told me I could mix another product in and get the same results. WRONG! my once true red hair is now a muddy, dirty, brownish purple. It's horrible. Sally Beauty customer service won't do anything except send boilerplate emails. Beyond frustrated.

If I could give a zero I would have. I bought a pillowcase from this store less than 2 weeks ago. When I opened it the pillowcase was ripped. When I went to take it back they said they are not doing any exchanges or refunds do to Covid. What a way to rip people off, every other store I have shopped at exchanges or refunds. I drive from Digby to New Minas to shop there, well use to. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

I have been coming here for over 2 years and there is one employee there who makes my day everytime I WALK IN. attempted to find her via facebook but next to impossible. she introduced me to the amazing "i cant live without" col.lab collection (makeup) and unlike other locations actually takes the time to tell me "no that will not work with well for you" or " this is the one that you are in dire need for" there earlier today again (spent too much as always :P) but came out with the more col.lab products and ICE CAP toner (which is curtrently in my hair and she was right... white as soon. im living for it) as well as a couple of different vibrant shades. . im actually transforming my husbands hair the colors we all chose today! superb customer service. she alone is the reason i will go out of my way to travel that extra 1hr to get my products! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK.

Every time I've gone there it's with my friends and everyone who gives them an opinion makes it seem like they are hair dressers (which they aren't) and tell my friends false information... Somehow we always leave offended
First off love Sally's,2nd only compliant would be to update the opening time on this site,it says 9:30am-9pm throughout the week.My suggestion fix it.And change opening time to 9:30am.10am is sucky!!just my opinion.Thx.
