I called for curb side pick up; upon arrival to the store I followed all protocol that was advised to me by the Sally employee. The card “tap” feature had difficulty through the glass window so she started to become quite agitated and asked me to give her the pin to my debit/ credit card.... when I told her I wasn’t comfortable she became short with me telling me other customers were doing it if they wanted the product....I understand that their safety protocol for COVID is being taken seriously in the manner of no contact, but simply offering me other options that aren’t illegal or uncomfortable and showing some professionalism would have been greatly appreciated. I wanted to warn others who may be naive in giving their pins out....never should ANYBODY, especially an establishment, be asking for this information, it’s quite simple to run fraud with these situations. Just be warned. Love Sally’s but no longer trust this location.
5 star to Maggie, I went to buy hair supply not knowing wht exactly I want, as I coloured my hair at home (hilites) which came beautiful but bit brassy, Maggie was so helpful for listening to my needs n guide me through. Suggested me a toner which I was unsure of, but took a chance with her recommendation, I am amazed with the results of wella t35 toner she recommended . It was my first visit n now forever......thank u Maggie
JUST called the Argentia location asking about curbside pickup. The associate had me on speaker phone so there was an echo and she was extremely rude in answering my questions. Super unprofessional; if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers.
