Rude staff. I understand enforcing covid rules can be stressful but there is no reason to be rude about it. I drove to another store for my purchases and they were much friendlier

I’ve always had bright red and purple hair. I eventually got tired of it and decided to strip my hair and do a dark charcoal to silver ombré. I knew this process would be really tough since getting rid of red in the hair is always hard. After attempting drugstore box dyes a few times, decided to try Sally’s instead. I went there, walked around and looked at a few colours. There was a girl there thoroughly helping another lady. I loved the way how patient she was. I waited about 20mins for her to be done with the other customer and she immediately stepped in to help me as soon as I asked her. I showed her inspiration photos, and she told me exactly what to do and how to do it. I finally dyed my hair last night with what she told me to get, and guess what?!! I have perfectly beautiful ombré silver hair. I really wish I knew her name to post it here. She was so sweet!

I went into Sally's to look for some new products. The staff were lovely and full of life! I enjoyed my experience thanks to a sweet girl with purple hair. The rest of the staff were also pleasant. Their knowledge helped me pick some great products! I will definitely return to Appleby Line in the future!! Thanks girls :) :) :)
