Decent product offering and staff are helpful more often than not. Had one incident that I found very upsetting. After spending a good 30 minutes trying to find someone to unlock the case for a 10 set of wrenches (was told by other staff that someone would come and unlock it for me), I literally had to chase after a staff member shouting loudly to finally get their attention. I was admittedly quite exasperated by that point, but the staff and I’m guessing manager (North African looking guy) were extremely rude to me. I tried explaining that I’d literally been chasing after this guy through multiple isles calling out to get his attention, but they were having none of it. Line was long, so I had my friend wait to keep our spot. After finally getting the wrenches and getting back to my spot in line, my friend who had been keeping our spot stepped away to grab something he wanted to buy and that manager came up to me and accused me of cutting in line and told me to get in the back of the line. I once again tried explaining that I was in the store with someone who had been waiting in line and that they had just stepped away for a moment. The manager started getting all sarcastic acting as if I was lying telling saying “you know what sir, you can skip the line. Just go pay now”. I told him I didn’t want to buy anything from that store and handed him all the products I was going to buy (probably 100 or so) and walked out. Probably the most negative experience I’ve ever had in a store. I’ll be hard pressed to ever return there and will just go to Home Depot or bmr instead.

The female mechanic was incredibly rude to me because of my English accent (I spoke in French the entire time but I guess that doesn’t absolve me of being a square head). She also searched me before leaving (she didn’t do this to any francophone customers). Felt totally violated and will never return.

Terrible... never have things in stock even if the application says it's in stock. Or they tells you it's in a container outside, or the guy from that department is off today...

They let too many people so we on the outside had to wait. I left after half an hour, poor management.
