I was debating g on the numbers of points - as my only critic would be that certain parent / kid combos should not be allowed. Different story.... The Kazoom is very clean for the number of kids, parents can assist their kids, it’s not too big. Big plus is the way it’s organized; the control on who can leave with a kid is much better than at other places. The food selection could be a bit healthier.

This place was generally clean. However unorganized. We took the supreme Birthday package at 310 after tax. Which included 8 kids and 8 adults. Which is seemingly the average price range for birthday parties. We didn't get invitations. Which where offered to other people that where booking during our party. There was very little privacy. Other guests kept entering our party room. Other guests took home our guests return gifts. The "provided animator.... " we where told the animator would round up our guests, play games, entertain the children prior to food. She did not gather or game play with our guests. Than we where rushed. I was told not to clean, that it was the animators job. However we couldn't continue to have cake unless it was done. So myself and our guests did it. Over all. It seemed costly for what we actually got in the end. I'd go back for a family day. Would NOT take the birthday pack again. Staff was friendly. The security system is great. Over all nothing unique about the birthday party. we where at a public park. Inside.
Very Small and expensive. 2 adults and 1 kid for 26. Need to lower the price. However Clean and fun nonetheless but expensive 10.95 per kid is a scam
We had our daughters 4th birthday here. Nice place, great athmosphere. Also kid safe. Generous food portions for the kids. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. They let us have the room earlier then expected. It was clean, simply decorated. We are very satisfied with our overall experience. Thank you Kazoom for making our daughters birthday party a memorable one. She had a blast!
We went last week with my sis as she is a regular client and the kids like the place. I took my 8 months old daugther. At the entrance, a staff member mentionned that no food is allowed. I pointed out that I have food for my 8 months old as she cannot eat regular toddler or adult food sold at their cantine. The staff member told me to feed my baby outside the premises and leave my toddler inside without his mommy. Very baby friendly!!! I was astonished. Very professionnal! Waw what a service!!! Please train your employees to the common sense. Thx!
We had a special on our entrance. My son had a lot of fun. It was clean and he loved the slides. A bit on the smaller side but it was perfect for our needs.
Was here for a friend's son's party and was very disappointed. The animator wasn't very energetic and appeared to lack training. The "party room" was very small and poorly decorated. The food was expensive and wasn't very good. Service at the counter was poor and it took a long time for them to bring it to my table. The place itself is small and doesn't look exciting or fun. I've seen Mcdonalds play gyms that looked better than this place. If you're thinking about doing a party at Kazoom cafe, I'd skip it. It's not worth the money and there are so many better birthday places out there.
