The rudest staff ever!! So dirty! So gross! We woke up with bug bites all over our bodies! The staff would not reimburse us. We told the manager to come look at the bugs all over our room and she refused. She did not give us our money back for the following day. We Lost our money! The manager Didn’t give us our money back for the day we didn’t stay even though the room was so dirty and had bed bugs! Which is their fault! She also kept our deposit!! I would not recommend staying there. It is disgusting filled with bugs and the hotel manger is the most disrespectful woman I have ever met!

What a great place to stay andrea the manager is an amazing lady who advocates for the less fortunate. The people are great the rooms are older but clean and kept up very well this mine and my daughters second time staying here we love it
I first putted 5stars cause the place is cool and the people friendly, but the owner does not have word, always looking excuses to keep the deposit, and at the end the owner did not gave us the deposit either our change for staying in her place, dont stay more than one night, or youll be asked for a deposit you will never get back. sad but true.
car broke down and we were looking for a cheap place to stay and this was it. great staff she went above and beyond to help us out even offering to call her local mechanic in Hope's of getting us in faster. amazing value at 90 a night yea it isnt very fancy and doesnt have alot of ammenites or even an hd tv but the wifi worked really good for us and honestly if your giving this place a 1star review expecting it to be a 4 star hotel it's not really a valid review you get what u pay for.
Had a great night here. Staff was incredibly accommodating and treated me and my GF very well. Bed was confortable and the room was very clean. Sure its an old looking building but you can tell they are starting to put some love back into the place plus your getting a great value for the price.
Wi-Fi internet connection never worked the whole time. If you advertise it , it should work 24/7. Staff is very nice and accomidating.
Worst experience. We never got our deposit (50 bucks) back and when I've tried to explain it to one of the worker, she said I was bringing a "bad energy" and ask me to leave the place very rudely. Fake publicity by saying there is free wifi but not in our room, tried to explain it to the same worker and she said "Telus have difficulty right now because of the smoke" when it was working everywhere in the motel....
Buyer beware. Like the reviewer from 3 years ago said, this is a good choice if you want to save . But it looks like no maintenance has been done in those 3 years. In our room at least, the refer barely works (we bought ice to help it along), the main ceiling light in the fan is broken, the stove doesn't work (but they sat a microwave on top of it, which is OK), the front door lock is weird (but works), the free WiFi is not strong enough in my room. Outside, the soda vending machine has not worked for years. In spite of all this, we are staying here a second night because the other motels are full and/or twice the price. We'll take the money we are saving and have some nice meals out. On the positive side, the towels and sheets are clean, the bed is comfortable, the A/C and the shower works great. You might check out the similar motels just down the road, but if you are willing to put up with a bit of inconvenience, this is a good value.
