BUYER BEWARE. They run the most efficient business, that's for sure. They have TREMENDOUS professionalism. They like to follow up on sales, just to make sure, and have outstanding communication skills. The owner would rather flat out lie and admit a false mistake, than making a customer storm out in anger. But, in the end, only after badgering them did they had to do that. Truly STRONG and HONEST company.

They don't like to follow up on potential problems with a sale, and have very poor communication skills. The owner would rather flat out lie instead of actually checking the facts on a mistake made. Only after badgering them did they come forward and admit to the oversight. Not a very responsible company.
