Saffire Blue was a company I casually ordered from over the past year and a half. They are now my Go To shop, and I felt that a 5 star review update was needed. Shipping and processing was less than a week. They send emails on sales and promotions - and offer some of the best ingredients I have used. My order was complete, no leaks, no damage, no back orders, and the packing peanuts are biodegradable. Win Win! Thank You Saffire Blue!!

I've order high quality products here for 2 years now. Yes customer service isn't great. However I try to be careful when I order something online, especially when its indicated NON-returnable, and orders cannot be modified. I have had to wait a couple of months some times for the product, but now I have just come to expect that it takes a while, and make sure I have plenty on hand before placing another order. This is not their problem, not to mention, it is a pandemic, I think we all need to try to be patient. I have been VERY happy with all of my orders thus far.

All the reviews on here are 100% correct. Wish I had read them before I ordered. Terrible customer service, they don’t reply ever. I ordered some items 3 months ago, they sent me half my order, they said they didn’t have the other items in stock and sent the rest one month later. One item was still missing, they didn’t tell me it was not going to come. Emailed several times and was told I would get reimbursed by accounting. Weeks went by and nothing. I emailed several times and finally got a answer from someone rude and unhelpful called Makayla. She said i had a credit on their website for future orders, I told her I would never shop with them again and wanted to receive a refund. She said no and it was in their terms and conditions. It was a mistake on their part, 3 months waiting and waiting and nothing and now telling me I had store credit. I would NEVER order anything and give them another dime. So ya, they STOLE another customers money. Pretty pathetic company. I run several companies and would never treat my customers that way esp when it’s my mistake. Clearly they don’t care about their customers or business. This is how businesses fail. Also the items they sell aren’t the best quality and the packaging for them is actually terrible when it arrives. Cheap company, they store everything in plastic bags.

After reading reviews, I pulled the trigger anyway because these folks have supplied the perfumery alcohol for many of perfumers in past. If you read the policy, there's a 20% restocking fee on cancelled orders, and if you ordered back-ordered items, you have to wait until they come in before asking for a refund. This is all in their policy, so don't complain about something that's right in your face. MY ORDER CAME 2 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. They confirmed my payment as soon as the CC payment cleared, AND they updated me with the info. Thanks Saffire Blue. 10/10 Service.
