Be ready to wait 3h despite having an appointement that you booked months ago. Long wait outside, long wait inside. Not nearly enough staff. If you are in the line to open a file, take a picture, etc. : They take about 15min / customer and during lunch time there is only one person working. My appointment was at 11h. Waited 1h outside, and then nearly 2h inside for the whole process. Some people have more luck and they are done within 1h. But dont count on that. It is unbelievable that after nearly 1 year of covid, they still did not figure a way to speed things up (e.g. pre-filling forms and providing copies of ID online, etc.). This is why we hate functionaries. It's never nobody's fault (all nice people) but the whole thing sucks because they dont really need to care, people have no other options.

New setting for COVID, service is not bad but the wait time is crazy.. a lot of transaction can be done by robots. But you know Government is slow to change. Just don’t forget to take an appointment prior ok their website to save time.
All the employees I met today were very efficient, friendly, and trying their best to cope with the large number of people . The system itself is defective, long waiting time outside in the freezing cold despite the fact that you have an appointment that you managed to book through the phone a couple of months in advance , long lines inside just to get a number, then long waiting time till you actually get called , only to wait some more time for your photo to be taken!! But again ,, the staff are very nice and smiling and I am grateful that they made my visit today pleasant despite everything!
I was out in the cold on my feet for 3 hours straight with 50 other people even though I had taken the appointment 2 months back where I held my phone for 2 hours straight listening to that music. Go straight to the security guard. These guys are friendly and helpful.
I went there twice and both times my experience was positive although I can't say I'm looking forward to ever going there again. For the knowledge test you'll have to wait outside even if you have an appointment - and then some more waiting inside, although neatly organized. For the road test, I was there 40 mins early, went straight in and was served precisely when my appointment was supposed to be. Be prepared to wait, be extra patient, follow their instructions and you might have a positive experience.
