I went in there for the Car Registration. It was completed in exactly 5 mins. I was surprised to see that you can actually get the Number plate in your hands in less than 5 mins. I had the right papers and the documents which were precised on the SAAQ website and that's it... I am so happy with the Quebec city Govt. Note: 1.For now...The payment is not accepted by Credit card. Perhaps in the future they might. Better to check before hand. 2. Make sure to get an appointment before hand.

Great “space room” but the place is not use to it full potential. Clercs are friendly but not in real hurry to please yet do the work (as they’re told you can assume). They would need a more smooth annoncing system, lines for easy transactions, have instructions for most common transactions and a real walking personal who could answer simple questions instead of having to wait and be told a phrase or two based on your inquiry. Well improvements in the works...

SAAQ are thiefs and they are the absolute worst at everything. They sent me a document by mistake to which I didn't respond, which caused me to get fined 500 by a police officer on the road then I contested the ticket, went and got the paper proving I was not guilty from SAAQ. Surely enough they gave me the wrong document and now I have to pay 500
