We will never, shop at the Sarnia, \Rona\ again. Useless...... they pass all questions, concerns or problems to some other Rona (Wallaceburg or London)........Sarnia \Rona\ is not helpful at all. They lost a 1400.00 sale from me and all future business.

Never have the sale items advertised. I've been standing in isle 71 for 25 minutes waiting for someone to bring the item as directed by customer service when they told me they had 3 in stock. I guess they're content to let me stave to death waiting for the product I want to buy...
