I love the Bayers Lake location, it's nice and big and well laid out. It also has a great diversity of of stock,oh and lots of free parking.

I got an oil change done at this location and I came across this piece under my windshield broken and the mechanic tried to hide the broken piece by jamming it back in place. I informed the manager, to which he returned my call but did not leave me a voicemail. My work number was also provided, to which the manager had no intention of calling to actually speak to me. I work in customer service and it's my employers highest priority, besides getting the job done. Says a lot about this location. You think they will pay for replacing the damage they caused? Obviously not. Just beware when going here for your vehicle service. Very poor customer service in regards to this situation. Reply: No, I won't be calling. Your auto service manager has already shown enough in regards to the customer service you provide customers. The mechanic who damaged my vehicle and did not report it also shows your type of customer service. You're not wasting more of my time by calling your customer service for nothing to be done.

I asked for assistance in looking for what I wanted and got excellent service and when I found what I wanted I asked a lady worker and she was extremely helpful in me making a decision. I left the store, happy with what I had purchased. I always get excellent help when shopping here.

They fixed my car very professionally I was browsing at the retail store found some nice greetings cards and bought some items the place has both great deals very limited and very high prices for most items you have to have enough time to weed the good prices
