Today we had two technicians come to our house to change out our hot water tank. The gentlemen that came were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and were given the approval of our dog, lol. I had my furnace and two fireplaces inspected by Roma Heating, and the service that Andy and his partner provided were professional and friendly. They were thorough in the inspection and cleaning process, and took care to do a good job. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Edit: One of their managers, Nelson, also followed-up and ensured that a few residual concerns of mine were fully addressed within one business day. It was a pleasure to do business with Roma Heating and I fully intend to use their services again.
