Delivered the wrong dining table than what I ordered. Promised to get me the correct one and switch it out but never did it after a year, even after multiple calls and talking with the manager several times in store. Useless owners, managers and salespeople.

We bought a couch from here 5 months ago. We went in and looked at a few opinion then continued on our hunt. We came back a week or so later and purchased from Roma. The fellow we bought from was the only associate in the store however the lady that walked with us in the store the first day called me and yelled at me for \giving the sale to the other man because I was her sale\. Furthermore; the sales associate that made the sale told me he would throw in the delivery, he did, he didn't account for it as a line item, but for some reason there was an extra 150 in tax on my bill which happens to be the exact amount of the delivery... Next, the furniture was 3 weeks late, I had to call 15 different people to even find out where it was. The staff will redirect you to \the owner\ who will redirect you to the \other owner\ and so on. We finally got the couch, everything seemed great and the ordeal over. However we have had the couch for 3 months and it is already starting to pill... I would highly suggest not buying from here.

We are always pleased to buy our furnitures from Roma. We have been their customers since at least 6 years ago and the quality of their products are amazing. Especially thanks to Azam who helped us a lot!

Terrible!!! We bought a table from there and 2 men came to deliver and assemble it. During the delivery, one of the delivery men damaged the table on 2 separate occasions and kept denying it even though we SAW him push too hard and make an extra hole in the table. He kept insisting that the table is suppose to be like that and was being very rude about it. We threatened to call customer service to complain and his reply was \go ahead!! I don't care about this job anyway!!\ So we took pictures and emailed customer service. We received a phone call right away from a man who was very rude and again kept insisting that the table is suppose to have the hole in the corner (even though the other 3 corners do not have it and we SAW the delivery man make the hole). He kept raising his voice and said he would call us back. It has been ONE MONTH and we still have not received any call back. I emailed them again and no reply. Never buy from this company unless you want to get your brand new furniture damaged. They are terrible, irresponsible and deny any wrongdoing. They provide good service until they have your money and then they will treat you like garbage. This will be the first and last time I purchase from them and I am telling all my friends and family about this terrible experience **edit after receiving a response from the owner** It's not irresponsible when I am telling the truth. Covid-19 is not an exsuse to damage tables and provide terrible customer service. And if you think \best customer service as possible\ means damaging furniture when assembling it and not calling back after saying you would or not responding to an customer's email, then I think you should review what \best customer service\ means.
