We were extremely picky when choosing a company to renovate our pool. We went with Robcon Polls as we felt that Ray took time to explain everything which was important to us. The quality that went into renovation and all the after care has been amazing. The team worked hard to complete the renovation as we were getting pretty close to closing season. One thing that stands out with this company is exceptional customer service. The quality of work can be seen in every aspect of their work. Ned and Milena

Robcon pools always does a great job servicing my pool, when problems arise someone comes out right away and repairs it. For the last 15 years they have been serving my pool and keeping it running well. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good job at a great price.
Worst experience ever. Their service personal did an awful job. Even damaged the winter cover which they took away promising to replace. Soon after, I got an email saying they will not replace the cover and don't want to do business with me any longer. Go figure, admit to the damage but refuse to do something about it. My winter cover is being held hostage until I pay for work that's never been completed. Looks like I will have to go to court to recover my damages. Who ever answers their phone is extremely rude and of no help at all. Do yourself a favour and don't use this company.
