We have always wanted a pool for many years and we finally did it! From our first meeting with Rick we knew Pool Craft was who we were going to have install it. The installation went extremely well. Everyone involved were professional from start to finish. We were always kept informed of what the next steps were right from day one. A huge thank you to Rick, Chris K, and Mark for all your help throughout the whole process. It’s been almost 2 weeks that we have been enjoying our dream of owning a pool. I have not missed a day of swimming! Thank you so much for everything! You are a great company to have worked with.

An absolutely impeccable job done by Jason's men when they installed my pool around 6-7 years ago. After our previous pool was installed quite poorly by the last company we used where the pool ended up splitting and had lining fall off consistently, my wife suggested pool craft as she knew a gentleman named Geoff who worked there. We used Pool Craft to build our pool and backyard landscaping plus we did some stonework/landscaping in the front. From the very beginning Rick was great to deal with, very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were realistic with their time frames, and took the time to understand our vision. From the initial drawings to the final stage, they expressed a tremendous amount of care. I think that makes a big difference in work quality. They were very easy to work with and delivered exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier! They were at my house for almost 2 months and my neighbours would even comment how clean and courteous the workers were. I would highly recommend Pool Craft. They are true professionals. They did a great job with our pool it looks amazing and was a great choice. Our family loves it. We use it often not to mention there help with chemicals and balancing the pool is great:)
