Stopped in on Saturday for my first visit. The owner introduced me to the boots and gave me a history of the ownership of the artist company and I tried some on. A nice selection but once you narrow it down to the type you're looking for I wish they had a little bit more to choose from. It was a great introduction to this type of western boot and a low pressure and welcoming atmosphere.

Thank you Road Apples for the awesome riding boots and half chaps. Love all the stuff I got today and the customer service experience is excellent. Everyone went above and beyond making me feel at home and finding everything I needed to be comfortable. I'll be back, just saying and I'll bring my niece Kathleen; I'm sure she'll need riding aperal very soon.

Recently had an employee tell me that I would be able to receive a refund for a X-mas gift until Jan 15th and when I returned the item I was directed to the written return policy of a store credit, not a refund. I asked specifically if I could receive a refund upon purchase in December - as I never would have purchased this item (for someone else) without knowing full well a refund would be issued. If your policy states that a credit note will be given and an employee makes a mistake or misinforms a customer, you should honour the refund the customer was expecting.

Ordered an ogilvy half pad and baby pad and took four months to get it. I know it takes six weeks to get it from the manufacturer but still. Recommend just ordering online.

Bad customer service. Consistent displays of unprofessional behaviour and poor judgement. Definitely not recommended for pleasant shopping, particularly considering the high prices.
