People coming on here and giving a 1 star review without an actual review should not be allowed. This place is wonderful. Courteous staff, amazing doctors, Dr. Rusu in particular is very warm and caring. Could not recommend this place enough.

Went there with my 5 month old because I believed she had an ear infection, before the doctor even looked at her she said "I dont think its an ear infection shes too young" looked at her for less than 5 seconds and said maybe shes theething. Thankfully I listened to my gut and went to another doctor less than 12 hours later and he said "oh yes she has an ear infection" and perscribed her antobiotics. 100% will not be going back to this place!!!! However the receptionist was wonderful!

Amazing staff. Very friendly and fully aware of Covid rules/regulations. They respect humanity over pandemic discrimination. I got very good care by Dr. Dhillon. Will highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking urgent care.

So sad.. such a bad experience with the rudest receptionist. A new place, and they hire the worst front end people. Please hire people who care and want to work. Such a great new place that we really need in the area; then they hire a receptionist that can't work without supervison... because she has no integrity.. and John Horgan was so happy...if he only new.

Well, where do I start. Needed medical treatment today, so I reached out to our new Urgent Care. Got a same day appointment, very appreciative. WARNING ️ Absolutely incompetent physician. And I don't say that easily or with any disrespect, but what a disaster. Got a Rx, headed over to the pharmacy to fill it only to find out no such drug actually exists, no dosage or duration on Rx. Very helpful pharmacist reached out to the Dr., speaking with the physician only to discover that physician didn't really know about the drug, said got the information from internet. The pharmacist suggested an alternative to the physician. We not only have a broken health care system, we have inadequate physicians who we intrust our care to. But on a positive note our tax dollars were well spent on a very aesthetically pleasing facility. Too bad we can't survive on good looks.

Receptionist on the phone was very rude and short with me. She angrily told me my pain wasn't urgent as I've had it for a week. Does she not understand that pain can get worse? It was not urgent a week ago but it became urgent today. I was planning on going to a walk in on the weekend but could no longer wait, hense me coming here. Ended up having to go to the ER because the pain was becoming unbearable.
