Amazing energy in this space. Super clean, accommodating and friendly. Great music and people—especially the owner Ashley Ander. She personally assisted me onto the bike and would check in to see how I was doing throughout the class. Earlier this year, she made it possible for me to experience RIDE despite my physical disability/limitation and I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend joining or experiencing at least once! Grateful to have experienced pure moments like this.

I went to my first Ride class yesterday for the #ALLANAXRIDE event (which I hope they start to do more regularly!) I really preferred this place over Soulcycle. The front desk girls were SO welcoming and sweet. I never once felt uncomfortable. They helped us get settled into our bikes and the class itself was really focused on following the beat rather than just going as fast as you can. I liked that we were told to stop pedalling when it was time to use arm weights, at Soulcycle you have to do both at the same time and it’s just really intense. Overall, if you’re looking for a spin spot that is good vibes and more laid-back (but still a kick-butt workout) I’d recommend Ride!
This is the best spin class in town! The energy in that dark room really pushes you to leave it all on the bike and you're guaranteed to be dripping in sweat from a stellar workout. The instructors are super cool, the music is energetic and the change rooms are always spotless. 5/5 stars and would recommend to ALL my friends!
Easily one of the most anticipated reviews we've done in a while (bc some of the coolest people in our lives speak insanely highly of this place) and it did not disappoint. The classes are similar to other spin studios that are killing it in Toronto, like 6ix Cycle, SoulCycle, Spokehaus etc. in that they're set in a dark room, include choreography for a full-body workout that stresses iding as one\, and a playlist that's just as important as the bikes themselves. But what sets Ride apart is how they've combined these ingredients. The result is an addictive, super loud, heavy beat, hardcore AF, serious-about-sweating ride that will, more often than not, be in total blackness. We get it, now. We'll be back...after we buy a new all-black outfit and google SahBabii. Cool, cool.
I’ve been to several spin studios in Toronto and Ride Cycle Club is by far the best! Clean venue, large change rooms, showers available, friendly staff, great music, what more can you ask for? The energy is amazing in Cat’s class!
