Decided the last minute to try this place since me and my friend were so craving for ramen and she recommended trying this place. The place was a little bit busy by the time we got there so we waited for 5-7 mins for being seated. Very nice and warm atmosphere here. Servers were very cute and friendly. I got a Spicy Tori Miso Special and my friend got a Tori Miso Original, we also had a side dish of bamboo with spicy miso sauce. Soup was very authentic, the best part was the chashu, it was surprisingly tasty, like the best chashu I have ever had! Highly recommend this place!

Had the spicy tsukemen on my most recent visit, barely spicy, and lukewarm soup (temperature is kind of key when dipping cold noodles into a small amount of soup). Their claim about offering 30% extra noodle for tsukemen definitely seems over exaggerated. Flavour and quantity have definitely gone down since they first opened a few years ago. Their noodle specifically has always been one of the best in terms of texture, but I'm sad to see everything else in the bowl slowly get worse every year. The service is always friendly and quick though. Unfortunately not many other decent bowls can be found in Richmond at the moment.

Place was clean and decor was pleasant. A great place to chill with a bowl of comforting ramen. I would definitely recommend this place if you have never been here before. Both Soups (spicy miso and regular miso) were delightful/ delicious!

Nice place, great service. But 18 for a small bowl of ok ramen is too rich for me.
